Cancelation Policies: If customer cancels for any reason deposit will be non-refundable however is transferable. We will hold your deposit for 1 year and 2 months. If your deposit is not used after the 1 year 2 months it will be forfeited. Once equipment is delivered to customer, customer pays 100% of the rental cost - NO REFUNDS, NO EXCEPTIONS! Deposit will be held for future customer use as a "rain check" if customer needs to cancel. Rain check are transferable. 

If it is raining the day of the party, you can decide to cancel. We will hold your deposit for 1 year 2 months as a rain check that you can apply to a later party or event with our company. Failure to use this credit with in time allowed, the money will be forfeited.

• The rain will not hurt our equipment. We encourage you not to cancel due to rain as most times it is only scattered showers.

 

Scheduling Conflicts / Damaged equipment

Scheduling conflicts can occur, even when ordering online.  Scheduling conflicts may occur if two customers are booking the same product at the same time, or a phone order is being taken at the same time as an online order.  We will contact the customer if a scheduling conflict has occurred. In this case we will offer customer another unit of equal or higher value. If you do not want the other unit(s) we offer customer can cancel and we will refund in full customers deposit. We may also discover the equipment you ordered is damaged before we deliver or at time of delivery. If equipment is damaged, we will bring you another unit or you can cancel and we will refund your deposit in full. Also our sister company might deliver your order depending on your location and our schedule, if this happens and you want to pay by credit card they will run your card for the remaining balance and you will see Bounce Then Slide on your statement for the deposit and a different company name on your statement for the remaining Balance.

 

Rain & Wind Policies:

If it rains turn off inflatable and cover or remove inflatble blower fan from the rain.

If Winds exceed 15MPH Turn off the inflatable.
