Where do we deliver & fee: Phoenix (free), Flagstaff ($470), Prescott ($380), Maricopa ($120), Buckeye ($85), Most Reservations ($65-120)

City Park Delivery's Will Incur a $75 Park fee!
HOA|neighborhood Parks will incur $25-$50 Park Fee!
Park rentals MUST rent a generator from us so we know the power will work no exceptions. Generator rentals are $75
Delivery out side the metropolitan Phoenix area $ call for quote
Please clean up after your pets! We will NOT set up if your yard has pet droppings in or around the setup area. We rent\maintain Clean equipment
if any pet droppings get on inflatable you will be charged a $100-$300 cleaning/sanitizing fee!
Duration of rental: Most of our rentals are based on a Over night rental but does not mean you get to keep it for an exact 24 hours! We allow many customers to keep longer than 24 hours and may ask to pick up the inflatable 8 hours after delivery in order to clean it and re-deliver to another customer. (industry standard is 4-6 hours rental we allow our customers much more time with equipment as a thank you for renting from us)

**Over night rentals must be approved by our office and equipment must be in a secure location to qualify to leave overnight!

Delivery of inflatable: (A) If customer has pet’s customer is required to clean up after pets before delivery crew arrives to deliver inflatables otherwise delivery crew WILL LEAVE and not set up inflatables if poop is found in the set-up area or anywhere 50 ft around the set-up area! We require flat surface and clean surface to set up rental equipment on.

(B) we require a clear path to the set-up area. please move garbage cans and other objects out of path to access the set-up area. any inflatable smaller than a 15x15ft requires 36 inches of clear path width to dolly inflatable. all inflatables larger than 16x16 require 48 inches or more clear walk way path.

Do not use inflatable in winds greater than 15mph. please turn inflatable off if winds exceed 15mph.
Do Not let pets inside inflatables.
No silly string, food, liquid other than water allowed in or by inflatable.
Customer is ultimately responsible for inflatable or other rental equipment until we pick up such rented equipment. (don’t leave our equipment in a park unattended or a front yard....) If equipment is damaged from none normal use or stolen customer is responsible!
We are not considered to be late if we show up before your actual party start time! ( if we scheduled to deliver at 8am, your party starts at 10am and we deliver at 9am we are not late. we scheduled early delivery's in case we blow a tire and need to change it, run it to bad traffic or any other unseen delay/problem takes place. )
Lessee grants right to enter said property for the delivery and pick-up of the unit at any time any day needed by lessor, agents, servants, employees and/or officers. If access to property is locked by padlock lessee give permission/authority to lessor, agents, servants, employees and/or officers to cut padlock to access the property. (if lessor, agents, servants, employees and/or officers cuts lessee padlock a new padlock with key will be provided and a $20 fee will be added to lessee invoice/rental per occurrence.)
Park delivery's are subject to a excessive labor fee of $75. Rentals to park locations may not be allowed to stay past sun set, please ask us at time of reservation. Customer/Leasee can not leave rented/leased equipment unsupervised.
Leasee is responsible for all equipment rented until rented/Leased equipment is Picked up by approved staff.

Terms and Conditions

Acknowledgment: I understand and acknowledge that the activity to be engaged in through my rental of an interactive amusement game(s) and/or other amusement equipment brings with it both known and unanticipated risks to my guests, my invitees and myself. Those risks include, but are not limited to falling, slipping, crashing and colliding and could result in injury, illness, disease, emotional distress, death and/or property damage to myself or my guests and invitees.

I voluntarily release, indemnify, hold harmless and discharge lessor, including its agents, servants, employees, officers, directors, and/or shareholders, from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions or rights of actions, whether personal to me or to a third party which are related to, arise out of or are in any way connected with my rental of the interactive inflatable unit including those allegedly attributable to negligent acts or omissions. I agree to reimburse any reasonable attorney’s fees and costs which may be incurred by Lessor in the defense of any such liability claim, demand, action or right of action.

In the event that I file a cause of action against Lessor, I agree to do so solely in the state of AZ and I further agree that the substantive law of that state shall apply in that action without regard to the conflict of law rules of that state. I agree that if any portion of this agreement is found to be void or unenforceable, the remaining portions shall remain in full force and effect.

-I acknowledge that I have adequate homeowner’s insurance, tenant insurance, or other liability insurance to cover any bodily injury or property damage that might occur to myself, my guests, or my invitees from the use of the unit I am renting or else I agree to bear the costs of such injury or damage myself. Lessee warrants and represents that he, she or it will, at all times, supervise the safe use and operation of the property leased herein.

-I acknowledge and certify that I have had sufficient opportunity to read this entire document, that I understand its content and that I execute it freely, intelligently and without duress of any kind and agree to be bound by its terms. By replying to this notice/form I agree with these terms.

Agreement:

I agree that I am at least 18 years of age and ultimately responsible for all the rental items listed in this agreement until picked up by Lessor. I acknowledge that I have the adequate homeowner's insurance, tenant insurance or other liability insurance to cover any bodily injury or property damage which might occur to myself, my guests or any other person as a result of the use of the rental items. I agree to bear all costs for rental equipment that is stolen, lost and /or damaged and I am required to replace and/or repair the equipment rented and subsequently it will remain the property of Bounce then slide LLC. I will have an adult supervise the rental unit and its use at all times. I agree that I may be charged up to $45 per hour cleaning fee for any food, drinks or silly string. I agree that I may be charged minimum $80 per hour for cleaning of pet droppings or any other foreign substance on the rental item(s) OR I may be charged full replacement cost of inflatable if equipment owner does not want to clean it. I voluntarily release Bounce then Slide LLC, including its agents, servants, employees, officers, directors, partners, affiliates, independent contractors, and/or shareholders from any/all liability and agree to reimburse any attorney’s fees and costs which may be incurred by either company in defense of any such liability claim, demand, action, etc. I have inspected the unit(s) and acknowledge that it/they is/are in good and safe working order. Damage insurance is not liability insurance. If you paid extra for the Inflatable damage insurance it does not cover vandalism, theft, negligence, or any damage caused from failure to follow all safety rules. Bounce Then Slide LLC has the right to share any information we collect from you with our affiliates as needed to fulfill your order or for any liability purposes. Bounce Then Slide can cancel your order, delivery, reservation, and or contract at any time.
